This cost of this pack includes the full cost of packaging , postage and insurance. Your parcel will be sent in an EXTRA LARGE Australia Post Parcel Box with a lot of padding.

PLEASE NOTE: WHILST I HAVE INSPECTED EACH PIECE PRIOR TO PACKING, THERE ARE SOME AIR BUBBLES IN THE RESIN ON SOME ITEMS – PARTICULARLY ON FRANKLIN, LUCY,  PATTY AND MARCIE. THESE WERE MADE IN LIMITED NUMBERS AND NO ALTERNATIVES WERE AVAILABLE TO ME AS A STOCKIST. Again – please note SOME ITEMS HAVE MINOR BUBBLES this is a known feature of many Erstwilder brooches and is clearly explained on the Erstwilder website as an accepted part of the handmixed resin used for these brooches.

I WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF THIS SET OR ON ANY INDIVIDUAL ITEMS (including but not limited to items WITH AIR BUBBLES) – PLEASE ACCEPT THIS CONDITION OF SALE PRIOR TO PURCHASE.

I am sorry to have to have so many conditions attached to this sale, but I need to be very clear in my term to ensure that you are happy with the terms prior to agreeing to purchase as I am unable to take returns.

This set contains highly sought after pieces that sell for hundreds of dollars individually on eBay. I will not split the set to sell the rare pieces contained in this complete set, nor will I accept any returns on the set. The Parcel will be insured and any claims for damage in transit must be taken up with Australia Post as it will be extremely well packed and damage in transit will be very unlikely and only possible if Australia Post cause the damage in transit.

Any claims for loss or damage must be made through an insurance claim via Australia Post as this item is insured. Please retain all packaging and proof of purchase should you claim for damage in transit.  All items are inspected prior to dispatch and very well packed so should arrive safely (unless a team of monkeys get into the Australia Post Depot and choose your parcel to play rugby with).
