THIS IS A PERFECTLY IMPERFECT PIECE. This piece will have very minor air bubbles in the black body part of the brooch. They aren’t faulty so I can not return them as they fall within the normal production parameters – they just have tiny bubbles and I try to set these aside so as not to have to deal with pedantic customers who do not accept the nature of hand mixed resins and the fact that air bubbles are very common and actually normal. To avoid any disappointments I put these pieces aside and sell with a small discount. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON THESE ITEMS. There will be a small mark made on the box and on the back of the brooch to indicate that it is an “imperfect” to prevent it being resold or returned to other stockists (sadly this has happened)

Each piece is made from laser-cut and layered resin, hand assembled, hand painted and released in limited quantities. As all of our designs are lovingly glued, assembled and painted by hand there can be fingerprint marks and very slight variations and blemishes from piece to piece. Due to the hand-mixed nature of the resins in our designs, it is also common and normal to find tiny flecks or bubbles in the resin layers. All in all, this just makes each piece as special and unique as you are.
Brooch clasps are made from plated brass.
Designs come packaged in Erstwilder gift boxes.
Please be aware that resin is akin to ceramic and glass and therefore may be damaged if dropped or knocked. Keep your Erstwilder companion neatly tucked away in this box when not being worn, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, water and excessive sunlight and you”ll have a trusted friend for years to come.

Just received the imperfect Cosmic Kitty. Yes, there is a tiny bubble on the body but not really noticeable unless you look really closelty. It is so gorgeous. Brooch arrived so quickly and packaged so well. Thanks so much.
