DESIGN STORY
Clustered together on the tops of the trees, waiting for Father Christmas to arrive and spread that Christmas cheer.
Each piece is made from laser-cut and layered resin, hand assembled, hand painted and released in limited quantities. As all of our designs are lovingly glued, assembled and painted by hand there can be fingerprint marks and very slight variations and blemishes from piece to piece. Due to the hand-mixed nature of the resins in our designs, it is also common and normal to find tiny flecks or bubbles in the resin layers. All in all, this just makes each piece as special and unique as you are. Small bubbles and flecks are not considered to be faults. Any items that do not pass our quality inspection will be identified as Imperfects and sold as such. Your item has been inspected and meets the reasonable standard for handmade resin and hand painted items – any minor bubbles or tiny marks are not considered faults on these handmade items and returns will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. If an item is damaged in transit your parcel is insured for up to $100 and you will be asked to lodge a claim with Australia Post and will be required to provide all packaging as evidence of secure packaging – remembering the box the brooch is is is actually packaging. Returns for credit (if agreed to in writing within 24 hours of receipt) are at customer expense, no credit will be issued for postage costs. If you wish to add more insurance please advise us in writing at time of purchase to arrange additional coverage.
