BUYER PAYS ANY RETURN COSTS FOR CHANGE OF MIND AND ONLY CREDIT NOTE WILL BE ISSUED – NO REFUNDS (PAYMENT FEES AND FULL POSTAGE COSTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM CREDIT NOTE) ALL ITEMS ARE FULLY INSPECTED PRIOR TO SENDING AND ARE ALL PERFECTS. Claims for damage in transit must be lodged via Australia post and you will require to show all packaging and surrender the item to Australia post when making a claim.  I apologise to 99.999% of my fabulous customers for having to make this disclaimer – sadly I have had one or two scammers take advantage of me (and other stockists) with fraudulent claims for one item against several stockists, so I must now put these disclaimers in place.
