Each piece is made from laser-cut and layered resin, hand assembled, hand painted and released in limited quantities. As all of our designs are lovingly glued, assembled and painted by hand there can be fingerprint marks and very slight variations and blemishes from piece to piece. Due to the hand-mixed nature of the resins in our designs, it is also common and normal to find tiny flecks or bubbles in the resin layers – these are not considered faults and returns will not be accepted for these normal manufacturing features.
Each piece sold by Wild Brooches has been inspected prior to dispatch and is sent in good faith as “perfect” stock. any minor imperfections as detailed by Erstwilder above are not faults – they are normal – All in all, this just makes each piece as special and unique as you are.
Parcels are automatically insured for up to $100 should any damage occur in transit. Should damage occur in transit please lodge a claim with Australia Post – you will be required to show all the packaging and most likely need to surrender the product in order to be compensated for damage in transit. If you wish to purchase additional insurance please contact me prior to ordering so that I can give you a quote based on your location.
Brooch clasps are made from plated brass. Earrings hooks and posts are made from high quality, hypoallergenic stainless steel
Please be aware that resin is akin to ceramic and glass and therefore may be damaged if dropped or knocked. Keep your Erstwilder companion neatly tucked away in this box when not being worn, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, water and excessive sunlight and you”ll have a trusted friend for years to come.
